Chicago Trip…

The last 3 days, we were in Chicago for the IPA Assistant Principal’s Conference. Well…Nate was at the conference and Hannah and I were hitting the town! Okay, not exactly! We were able to spend some quality time with my friend Theresa and her family and also visit our friends Mike and Amy in the city!
On Tuesday, Hannah and I made a day trip with Theresa’s family to Shedd Aquarium. Hannah absolutely LOVED it! There was so much to see and do! In fact, they were having one of their “Toddler Tuesdays” and they had fun activities going on all through the Aquarium for little kids! Here are some photos of our little field trip!
Even though it was an excellent conference and I learned a lot I still think I got the short end of the stick on the deal. Especially today when i am “fixing” everything that went wrong while I was gone and you are at home playing with Hannah. Well actually I know you are doing laundry and such, but I’d switch you in a heartbeat…
Looks like you had a great time. I am glad you get to go with Nate on his trips.
