Quincy Trip : )

On Sunday, we made a day trip over to Quincy! While the rest of the weekend was beautiful, Sunday ended up being cold and rainy, but that didn’t stop us from having a good time! We visited campus in the late afternoon. We spent awhile in the chapel, one of my favorite places in the world and then walked up Penny Lane to let Hannah have some “out of the car” time!
Then we went to our friend Erin and Justin’s house for dinner! Hannah had a blast playing with Katelyn, Ella, and Issac and we had fun visiting with Erin and Justin! : )
Then we went to North Campus, for the QU Jazz concert. Three of Nate’s former students were playing in the band and each had solos. It was great to hear them play and to catch up with his former students, old QU friends who were there, and former professors!
We had a great trip overall! Minus arriving back home at eleven o’clock that night!
